Brief introduction of laser profile sensor

For the fineness parameters of laser profile sensor, please refer to the product manual and user manual. The following are the main parameters:

Working power supply

The input power requirement of this product is DC12V-24V.

Signal input

External input signals such as encoder are supported to control the exposure of the sensor.

signal output

It supports full output of Gige standard Gigabit Ethernet data. It can output centroid contour data and original collected pictures.

In addition, the sensor supports customized level signal output. In addition, the LH series supports synchronous output of external input signals, facilitating the joint use of multiple sensors.

Upper computer software and SDK

There are obvious differences between the use of the contour sensor and the displacement sensor. The contour sensor usually needs the cooperation of the upper computer PC computer software. The contour sensor usually needs the upper computer to collect the data and convert it into a 16/32 bit gray image with height information, and then give effective detection data and control signals after image processing with specific algorithms.

The contour sensor comes with a software USB flash disk containing the Demo demo program and the complete SDK required for subsequent development.

Accuracy and measuring range

The measurement accuracy is inversely proportional to the measurement range. Each laser unique sensor corresponds to a different measurement range. The smaller the measurement range, the higher the measurement accuracy. In addition, the measuring height range is basically proportional to the measuring width range.

At present, the highest accuracy can reach 0.2 μ m, the measuring height range is from 4 mm to 2650 mm, and the measuring width range is from 6 mm to 2200 mm.
